The Supps House is a premium retailer specialising in sports supplements and nutrition products. They offer a wide range of high-quality supplements aimed at helping customers achieve their fitness goals, whether for performance, recovery, or general well-being.

The Challenge

Operating in a highly competitive and crowded market, The Supps House faced challenges in standing out among other supplement retailers. With many customers searching for specific brands and products, The Supps House needed a strategy to capture these intent-driven searches.

Despite running campaigns, they were not seeing the level of visibility or ROI they needed. The search behaviour of potential customers – focusing on specific products -meant that their current campaigns weren’t effectively reaching the right audience or converting traffic into sales. This is where Algebra stepped in to overhaul their PPC strategy.

Our Approach

We began by conducting in-depth research to determine the most effective search strategy. From there, we developed a large-scale, SKU-led Google Ads search campaign, creating ad groups for each individual product to ensure precise targeting. This structure allowed us to focus on the most relevant products, driving visibility for Supps House’s top brands.

We crafted compelling ad copy and utilised ad extensions to further increase the campaign’s visibility and provide potential customers with additional information upfront.

Recognising the need for a more dynamic approach to their Shopping campaigns, we switched to a Performance Max (PMax) strategy. This allowed us to increase bids for individual products while maintaining a target ROAS, providing more control and granular targeting. We also restructured the listing groups to align more closely with the client’s key brands, enabling more precise product promotion.
